TICKETING OFFICERS
Duties & Responsibilities
The function of the ticketing officer is to ensure the
collection of all accrued revenue derived from the sale of passenger tickets.
The position reports directly to the
Accounts Manager.
Duties include but are not limited to;
• To sell
and validate passenger tickets at terminals;
• To
report accurately all sales revenue to the
Accounts Department;
• To
provide customers with information about
ferry schedules;
• To
gather customer related issues and provide
feedback to the Head Office;
Required Qualification & Experience
• Minimum
of HND at (minim urn lower credit level)
• Minimum
of 2 (two) years' experience in a
customer service capacity;
• Working
knowledge of Government transportation
policies regarding inter-modal networks;
• Must
have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
applications
• Customer
oriented with good communication and
interpersonal skil1s
• Not more
than 28 years of age.
