Grade Alignment: Senior Officer
QUALIFICATION
The candidate must be between 21-31 years old
Must be a graduate of a renowned University with a minimum
qualification of 2:2 in any social science course
2 – 5 years experience in any Human Resource Role is
compulsory
A masters degree from a foreign or local University will be
a bonus
JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order
to ensure a timely organised and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff
Identify training and development opportunities
Provide assistance when conducting staff performance
evaluations
Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
Provide assistance in developing Human Resource Plans
Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
Provide Infromation and assistance to staff, supervisors and
company on human resource and work related issues
Provide advice and assitance to staff and management on pay
and benefits systems
