Description
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance of all Electrical, Civil and Mechanical equipment across the MDC site
Planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of all plants and warehouse equipment including MHEs, Generators, power panels, Utility, sprinkler systems etc
Provide in-house support for Unilever external activities.
Documentation of activities and build a data base for facilities maintenance
Maintenance of company asset at the Mega DC
Maintain and manage all service contracts with third party services providers.
Manage the external environment of the Mega DC
Manage safety and environment in the team and ensure compliance with Unilever safety policy
Coordinate, coach and develop subordinates in line with Unilever capability building strategy
Manage distribution projects at the Mega DC as the need arise
Ensure delivery of set target standards in line with quality for money expended on asset maintenance
Qualifications/Experience
Bachelors Degree required
Minimum of 3years work experience in a similar position
Ability to work well in teams
Excellent project management experience
Excellent people management skills
Experience in inventory/asset management and warehouse equipment operations
